Assignments

During this term, we will attempt to make this an "independent study" course where you can procede at your own pace. You can learn the material by following the video for each unit. You may be required to enter your Student ID number and electronic password to access each video. The videos will walk you through a demonstration project. Following the completion of the demo activity, you will have an assignment to complete prior to moving on to the next unit. You must have a working demo file on your computer if you expect to have help on the unit projects.

To begin, we need to make a minor adjustment to the settings of Visual Basic. From the Start Menu, find the Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 folder and launch the application Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.

Watch this short video (2:00) and follow the instructions to set the variable declaration checkbox properly. Click the play button in the window to begin the video.
